Our Story
Prior to founding Integrity Fund Solutions, Michael Clark served the alternative investments industry for over a decade in various accounting and administration roles. His mind was set on entrepreneurship, but he wasn’t sure how. Then he learned about a need in the marketplace for fund administrators catering to small funds and emerging managers. This was the opportunity he was looking for – a chance to build a business around his skills and experience.
Integrity Fund Solutions was formed in 2024. The name is a reflection of the principles and values that guide every action and decision – honesty, trust, fairness, respect, and responsibility.
Integrity Fund Solutions is based in the Philadelphia, PA area.

Michael Clark, CPA
Our Founder
Michael Clark has over ten years of experience with alternative investments and brings a wealth of expertise in the areas of accounting, finance, and operations. His experience includes staff and manager roles at a Top 10 fund administrator, fund controller at a boutique investment firm, and property accounting. Michael’s knowledge spans a range of fund types, including private equity, lending funds, hedge funds, and real estate, as well as various fund structures such as parallel funds, co-investments, master-feeders, and blockers. Michael earned an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA and is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
